Stacy Bandy

Education: Studied biology at College of Western Idaho. Stacy is currently pursuing a degree in natural resources.
Role at the Port: As the Environmental Compliance & Permits Manager, Stacy ensures that the Port's operations adhere to environmental regulations and standards. She develops and implements environmental strategies, oversees permitting processes, and conducts regular compliance audits. Stacy also collaborates with various departments to promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
Work History: Stacy brings over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry within National Parks. She spent five years working Yosemite National Park and most recently served as the Food & Beverage Manager at Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canyon, AZ. In May 2021, she joined the Port of Astoria as the Executive Assistant before transitioning to her current role.

Family: A native of Sacramento, California, Stacy has lived in a number of states throughout her career. Stacy has settled in Astoria with her husband and cat to establish their home.
Hobbies: Stacy enjoys exploring coastal trails and discovering Astoria’s hidden paths. She has a passion for travel and enjoys learning about different cultures.
